Clinical Pharmacist: Direct Patient Care & Diabetes Support

The Indian Health Service seeks a clinical pharmacist to provide direct pharmaceutical care for patients within the IHS. You will manage selected patients with chronic diseases and contribute to acute care services, serving as a key source of pharmacotherapy information. You will interpret prescriptions, counsel patients on drug therapies, monitor for interactions and adverse effects, maintain pharmacy records, and participate in committees to improve medication practices.
