Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, including dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and those requiring assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic medical records (EMR).

Work Environment

This role will involve working with a patient-to-nurse ratio averaging 1:22. Nurses may work on both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts based on the operational needs.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Completion of IV certification is required for LPNs.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.
• Previous experience in a nursing role, particularly with geriatric patients, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Orientation and Training

New hires will undergo location-specific orientation, which typically spans 1-2 shifts to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Additional Information

Please note that the position does not include on-call or callback responsibilities. Nurses must adhere to all facility protocols regarding notice of resignation; backouts and resignations with less than 14 days' notice are subject to a fee.
