Looking for a fun, high-energy job where no two days are the same? We’re bringing an immersive experience to Scottsdale, and we need awesome Guest Services Associates to set the vibe! If you love meeting new people, working in a dynamic environment, and being part of a cool team, this is for you. The Vibe & Hours: 

• Day shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6+ months in retail, customer service, food service, or live events is a plus—but great attitude matters most!
• Skills: Outgoing personality, solid communication skills, and the ability to stay cool under pressure when the crowds roll in.
• Availability: Ready to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Movement: Comfortable being on your feet, moving around, and staying active for most of your shift.

salary: $16.99 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Bring the Energy: Welcome guests and families with hype, answer questions, and guide visitors through interactive, photo-worthy exhibit rooms.
• Run the Show: Keep lines moving smoothly, check in guests at the box office, and scan tickets.
• Style the Shop: Assist in our retail space, helping guests snag awesome merchandise.
• Keep Space Fresh: Make sure the interactive zones and public spaces stay clean, organized, and looking good throughout the day.
• Stay Safe & Support: Keep an eye on exhibit spaces to ensure everyone stays safe, help out with opening/closing, and jump in on fun side projects.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
