Jackson Family Dentistry is seeking a dependable and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice in Downers Grove. We are a privately owned, single-doctor dental office with a strong reputation, modern technology, and a loyal patient base. Our team values clinical quality, professionalism, communication, and treating patients like people rather than production numbers. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity for a hygienist who wants a consistent schedule, realistic appointment times, and a professional environment without corporate quotas or unnecessary production pressure. Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care Take digital X-rays, including FMX, bitewings, and panoramic images Educate patients regarding oral health, home care, and recommended treatment Assist with CBCT imaging using Carestream technology Support an organized and efficient patient schedule without compromising quality of care Licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Illinois and in good standing Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills Thorough and committed to high-quality, patient-centered care New graduates are welcome to apply. Dental loupes with an attached light are strongly preferred. New graduates who do not yet own loupes may still be considered. iTero scanning General dentistry or private-practice hygiene Training may be provided for the right candidate.
