What Your Day Might Look Like Schedule visits directly with patients Provide physical therapy services in the home setting Document patient progress and communicate with your supervising PT Support patients through recovery and functional improvement Make a meaningful impact with every visit Pay & Flexibility $35–$42 per visit (based on experience) Weekly pay Flexible scheduling (PRN, part‑time, or full‑time options) Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas What You Bring Active Texas PTA license Minimum 1 year of experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication skills and patient‑centered mindset Compassion for delivering quality in‑home care Why Join BrightStar Care?
