Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: Varies from $31.35 to $46.59 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Provide skilled RN support in a fast-paced OR setting with a focus on orthopedic, total joint, and sports medicine surgeries
- Assist with various specialties including ENT, GYN, Spine, Urology, Cataracts, and General Surgery
- Set up, pull cases, assist surgeons, and ensure sterile procedures are followed
- Float to SPD when needed to assist with instrumentation and sterilization tasks
- Collaborate with a team of RNs and Surg Techs to maintain safety and efficiency
- Adhere to facility policies and vaccination requirements including CDC guidelines
- Maintain equipment and manage cases effectively in a 6-suite OR environment
What You Need
Required:- Active Kansas RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum orthopedic experience with Zimmer/Arthrex
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking skills
- Experience in multiple surgical specialties
- Familiarity with Meditech Expanse system (not mandatory)
About the Assignment Make a difference at a highly efficient, physician-owned hospital that averages 20 surgeries per day. The facility focuses heavily on orthopedic surgeries, including total joint replacements and sports medicine, within a small, agile team. Staff are cross-trained across specialties and contribute to both the OR and SPD, ensuring a versatile and dynamic work experience.
