As a Programmer Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders to design, build, and optimize enterprise applications that improve how work gets done.The Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting technical solutions that address complex business needs. Working closely with process owners, the Programmer Analyst learns and understands business requirements, analyzes available data, and determines the optimal technical solution. This role serves as a critical bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and delivering solutions from initial concept through post-production support.This position is a hybrid opportunity located in our corporate offices in either Columbus, OH or Crystal City, VA.ResponsibilitiesAs a Programmer Analyst, the selected individual will design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions to support complex business processes. Responsibilities may include:Develop proof-of-concepts to validate understanding of highly complex business requirements, iterating to refine and finalize solution designApply configuration changes and develop new code in alignment with architectural and information security constraintsFacilitate information-gathering sessions with process owners to analyze processes, identify challenges, and surface opportunities for improvementLiaise with business and technology staff to build relationships and develop a thorough understanding of business requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical requirements and actionable development tasksDetermine which business requirements fit within a proposed solution and develop best-fit recommendations to address process and systems gapsDevelop detailed estimates for schedule, labor, and contractor needsAdhere to project management methodology and produce all required artifacts and documentationSupport functional end-users following deployment and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and new requirements developmentProvide guidance, advice, and training to less experienced staff membersKey QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; five years of experience as a developer; or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience customizing, implementing, integrating, and managing MS Dynamics CRM (2013/2015/2016/365) and related Microsoft technologies including Azure, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Platform in an enterprise environmentExperience migrating on-premises Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365, including hands-on work removing customizations no longer supported in Dynamics 365Experience integrating on-premises solutions and other cloud-based solutions with Dynamics CRM[INSERT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS]Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States. The salary range for this role is $81,600 – $116,300 per year, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
