Shower Aide CNA – $23-$30/hour

Shifts Available:

• Full-time - M-F - 6 AM-2 PM

• Part-time - Weekends

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene routines, ensuring safety and comfort throughout

• Support safe transfers using Hoyer lifts, transfer belts, and other mobility aids

• Monitor and record vital signs, skin condition, and overall wellbeing during care

• Follow infection control protocols to keep care areas clean and safe

• Document care accurately in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar), maintaining HIPAA compliance

• Communicate promptly with nursing staff about any changes in a resident's condition or behavior

• Offer emotional support and companionship during care, keeping dignity and respect front and center

What You'll Need

• Active CNA license valid in Washington State (required)

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings preferred

• Comfort with medical documentation and terminology

• Familiarity with EHR systems like Epic or Cerner a plus

• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care a plus

• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents using equipment like Hoyer lifts

• Strong communication skills and a genuinely compassionate approach
