Job Summary Registered Nurse Clinic (Clinic RN) – full time or part time, required to work at least 80% on-site at a CommonSpirit Mountain Region site in Summit County. Eligible for a $400/month Summit County housing stipend for full‑time residents and a relocation bonus up to $8,000 for Registered Nurses. Responsibilities Have knowledge of community health concepts, ambulatory nursing principles, case management, and care coordination. Assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families. Utilize best practices to maximize patient engagement and self‑management efforts. Promote optimal health and safety of patients using the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship‑based care, organizational mission, and core values. Qualifications One year of nursing experience preferred. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred; encouraged to obtain within 3 years of assuming role. Current state RN license or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact. Current BLS certification required. RN certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN preferred. Physical Requirements Medium Work – may require exerting up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, or up to 10 lbs constantly. Pay Range $33.15 – $59.67 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
