MUST LOVE TANNING!
Seeking a full-time employee (minimum 35 hours) who has 1-3 Years Leadership experience and has the desire and capability to grow within our company! We are a professional tanning & wellness salon that seeks to excellently serve our clients to create positive experiences. Fun and friendly work environment! Flexible scheduling! Paid Time Off for all full-time employees! Free tanning Responsibilities: Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Consult customers in a professional and upbeat manner Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organized salon Cash Handling, Opening/Closing procedures Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking. Set example for non management staff Qualifications: High School Diploma, or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in retail, customer service environment. 1-3 Years Leadership experience preferred Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time Must be able to list 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation Flexible availability including nights and weekends MUST LOVE TANNING!
