FitRush is an iOS-based platform that connects clients with vetted personal trainers during off-peak hours. We handle client discovery, booking, scheduling, payments, and ratings so you can focus on coaching and earning more. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking Certified Personal Trainers to join the FitRush platform and offer high-quality one-on-one and small-group training sessions through our iOS app. This is a contractor, gig-style opportunity ideal for trainers who want to monetize mid-day, late-morning, mid-afternoon, or other off-peak windows, and who value the flexibility to train clients locally or while traveling. WHY TRAIN WITH FITRUSH Maximize your off-peak hours by filling gaps between your prime-time sessions Train clients wherever you are - at home, in a park, at a partner facility, or while traveling You set your own half-hour or hourly rate; FitRush does not charge the trainer to be on the platform Get paid a flat fee per session based on the rate you choose; no hidden monthly platform fees Simple iOS app workflow for accepting sessions, managing your schedule, and tracking earnings KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accept and deliver personal training sessions booked through the FitRush iOS app during your available off-peak hours Conduct safe, effective, and engaging workouts tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and any limitations Communicate clearly with clients about session expectations, locations, and any equipment needs prior to each appointment Maintain professionalism and punctuality, and uphold high standards of customer service and coaching quality Log sessions and confirm completion in the app so payments can be processed accurately and on time Adhere to all applicable local laws, certification body standards, and your liability insurance requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Current Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential from NASM or another nationally recognized organization (, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, ACSM) Current CPR/AED certification At least 1 year of experience training clients in person, online, or in a gym setting Reliable access to an iPhone with the latest iOS version and the ability to use mobile apps confidently Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it prior to accepting sessions) Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with a variety of populations (general fitness, weight loss, athletes, post-rehab in coordination with a clinician, etc.) Existing client base with interest in flexible or travel-friendly training options Prior experience using digital platforms or apps to manage clients or bookings COMPENSATION AND STRUCTURE Independent contractor / 1099-style role (not an employee position) You set your half-hour or hourly rate directly in the app You are paid a flat fee per completed session based on your set rate; FitRush does not charge trainers a platform subscription fee Earnings potential varies based on your availability, responsiveness, and client demand in your area HOW TO GET STARTED Download the FitRush app from the Apple App Store: Create your trainer profile, upload your certifications, and set your half-hour or hourly rates Set your off-peak availability and preferred training locations Start accepting session requests and get paid flat fees for each completed session #J-18808-Ljbffr CHE Behavioral
