Learn more: Summary of Responsibilities As our Design Build Project Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners ready to transform their spaces. You'll meet them in their homes, uncover their dreams and needs, educate them on our design-build process, and guide them from the initial consultation through to project completion. You'll collaborate closely with our design, estimating, and production teams to ensure we exceed client expectations and uphold our company standards. You're not just selling—you're building trust and lasting relationships that generate referrals for years to come. WhatYou’llDo Generate Leads: Attend networking events, build relationships with Realtors and architects, and proactively create opportunities through outreach, referrals, and community involvement. Conduct In-Home Consultations:Meet with potential clients, assess their needs, and present KGT's process. Close Design Agreements:Guideclients through theinitialphase and collect retainers. Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with designers, estimators, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. Manage Your Pipeline:Use Salesforce andBuilderTrendto track leads, follow-ups, and project progress. Nurture Relationships:Stay connected with past clients, ask for referrals, andmaintainlong-term connections. WhatWe’reLooking For 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in design-build, remodeling, real estate, or high-end construction Anatural relationship-builder—patient, personable, and trustworthy Self-motivated with a \"hunter\" mentality—you don't wait for the phone to ring; you make it ring Knowledgeable about residential remodeling and construction—you can speak confidently about scope, materials, and process Organized and tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce and BuilderTrend is a plus) Humble and coachable—open to learning our proven sales process (the \"cookbook\") and contributing to its evolution Compensation $40,000 Base Salary+Uncapped Commission Total Target Compensation:~$100,000in the first year Paid Time Off (PTO)andPaid Holidays 401(k) Planto support your long-term goals Health Insurance Stipend Growth Path:Opportunity to grow into Sales Manager or leadership roles as we expand We have a formal recruiting process and have a relationship with ZephyrConnectsLLC, whom we use for the screening and hiring process.
