Floating OT Assistant — Senior Living & Memory Care (Sign-On Bonus)

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! A full-time floating Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position is available across multiple Senior Living Communities in the Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in Camden, Union, and Rockland. Responsibilities Ensure efficient and effective operations Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor Provide speech therapy services as needed Qualifications Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting Ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department The success of our residents relies on the success of our therapists.
