Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations and individual assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all clinical records are current. \n
- Engage in collaborative case reviews with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care and treatment outcomes for clients. \n
- Participate in regular professional development workshops to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies. \n
We serve a diverse population, primarily focusing on individuals, families, and couples struggling with mental health issues exacerbated by access barriers. The clients we work with often come from underrepresented backgrounds and may experience challenges related to stigma, financial constraints, or lack of available resources. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating skill in offering therapeutic services. \n
- A foundational understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base. \n

- Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse treatment. \n
- Experience working as part of a healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive client care. \n
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and related digital tools to streamline documentation and care processes. \n

- Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management. \n
