Category: Community Relations Full-Time/Part-Time: Part-Time Location: Office Position Purpose To support, coordinate, organize, promote, and assist with duties related to STARS programs and fundraising. Essential Functions – Specific Job Responsibilities Assisting with fundraising, volunteer, and staff appreciation events, including setup, guest registration, auction support, and hospitality Supporting administrative projects such as mailings, data entry, and material preparation Organizing and distributing educational materials Providing logistical support for community outreach initiatives Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding students, families, staff, donors, and partners Following all organizational policies, including safety and school‑site protocols Conducting oneself with respect, integrity, and cultural sensitivity Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
