For Techno functional - look for 15+ years with JAVA/J2EE & Retail background 15+ years’ experience (Must) Architect with Hands-on Coding ability offshore-onshore coordination Retail SCM (Warehouse management, Inventory, Order Management) Need to have 15+ years of experience in Java/Retail Doman (Retail – SCM ) This needs to be stronger on technology. We need hands on technical java guy with retail supply chain understanding and exposure. Onsite offshore communication skills is must.
