$15.25 - $16.25/hr Monday - Friday (Weekends off... because work-life balance matters!) AM shift 6:30 am-start school/breakfast PM shift: 2:00 pm- 6:00 pm

For those with experience supporting students, the Group Leader role offers the opportunity to lead a meaningful before- and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

We're looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role, you will:

• Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment that fosters positive relationships among staff, children, and parents.

This role is ideal for educators with experience in:

• Teaching or classroom leadership
• Youth programs
• Staff supervision or team leadership

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• Preferred to have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
• Must be 16+ years of age for Group Lead Assistant/18+ years of age for Group Leader.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
