Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) Engineer

Eurofins seeks a hands-on CQV Engineer to author and execute commissioning and qualification protocols for pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities. The role offers growth potential to own systems independently, requiring a minimum of two years of GMP-regulated experience and strong technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Author and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for utilities, equipment, and facilities
• Perform field verification and walkdowns against P&IDs; document discrepancies
• Execute qualification sampling programs and maintain accurate records and chain of custody
• Write deviation and summary reports; support investigations and risk assessments
• Collaborate with client engineering and quality teams on site

Requirements

• Two or more years hands-on GMP experience in commissioning, qualification, or validation
• Working knowledge of IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and qualification documentation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, particularly P&IDs
• Clear technical writing for regulatory documentation
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 and cGMP requirements
• Engineering, microbiology, or life science degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience acceptable
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on active pharmaceutical sites
