Part-Time BartenderSanta Rosa Golf and Beach Club (Vue on 30A), located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time bartender. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Compensation: $12.00 per hourIdeal candidates have a genuine passion for hospitality. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. Previous bartending experience is required for the position.Responsibilities:Maintain a professional appearance at all timesMaintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other suppliesMaintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipmentAssures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedCollects payment for drinks servedGreets and provides immediate attention to guestsLearn the names of regulars and personally recognize themMonitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer serviceInspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are availablePrepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinksPerforms clean-up and closing duties as assignedAdhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guestsImplement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or managerEducation and Experience Requirements:1-2 years of bartending experienceMust be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipesMust have strong customer/guest orientationOrganized, able to work well in fast paced environmentMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be dependableBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
