One North Coffee And Bake Shop in Mercersburg, PA is looking for one barista to join our team. We are located on 1 North Main Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines while Interacting with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista a plus
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
