• End Date: Open-ended / ongoing assignment
• Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Clinic hours)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week; provider required to work 4 weeks per month
• Employment Type: W-2, Full-time
• Licenses/Certs: Active CA medical license, DEA, BLS, Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
• Experience: Pediatric outpatient care; prior EMR proficiency (EPIC or similar) preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient pediatric care at a community-focused clinic.
• Conduct routine exams, immunizations, and follow-up care for approximately 25 patients daily.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system.
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.
• Adapt to high patient no-show rates with scheduled appointment management.

What You Need
Required:

• Active California medical license and DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of residency)
• Proficient with EMR systems such as EPIC

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
• Experience working in underserved or socioeconomically challenged communities
