Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with current Florida license or compact state license. Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred. Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (hospital, LTACH, home health, or rehab considered). Current BLS certification. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire). Experience in trauma, ortho, neuro, or high‑acuity Med‑Surg units. Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and communication skills. Hourly pay: $30.76-$41.50/hr with applicable shift and certification differentials. Sign-On Bonus: $15K Nights / $10K Days (partial payout at hire, remainder in 6-month increments).
