Job Posting: Renovator & Foreman – Multi-Unit Residential (Albany Area)
Location: Albany, NY and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
We are a growing property company seeking a highly skilled Renovator and Foreman to join our team. You will work alongside our existing crew on apartment renovations across the Albany area.
Responsibilities:
Lead or assist in renovation projects on multi-unit residential properties
Perform a wide range of skilled tasks including:
Framing and drywall installation
Painting and finishing
Tiling and flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, etc.)
Light plumbing and electrical work
General carpentry and cabinetry
Coordinate with our team to ensure timely, high-quality work
Help manage job site safety, materials, and timelines
Preparing and reading blueprints
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction or renovation role
Strong skills in at least 4 of the listed trades; all are a plus
Ability to lead a crew and work independently when needed
Reliable transportation and own tools preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
