A Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Marlborough, MA . Once hired as a PTS employee, you may join as many of our PRN rosters at our other locations in the area if you would like. Facility is a bustling 144‑bed sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility in Marlborough, MA, specializing in the geriatric population in both sub‑acute and long‑term care domains. The rehab gym is large and beautiful, featuring a car simulator, kitchen, practice tub/shower, bathroom, ACP modalities, staircases, parallel bars, high‑low mats, and a standing table. Our expansive interdisciplinary team and great collaboration between disciplines optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning. Requirements Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting. Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment. Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed. Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation. Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
