Show vehicles and explain features and warranties. Answer questions about cars, financing, and purchases. Accompany test drives, collecting licenses and documents first. Negotiate prices and trade-in values. Coordinate with finance on customer options. Follow up with past customers. Qualifications Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of vehicles, financing, and sales process. Active listening to identify customer needs. Persuasive in closing sales. Confident and creates a strong impression.
