We are working exclusively with our client, a market leader in packaging machinery , known for their high-quality equipment, excellent reputation, and strong employee benefits . They are seeking a Sales Executive to cover the Southwest Territory (New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado) . This role requires a Spanish-speaking professional with proven experience in packaging machinery or related industrial capital equipment sales . A background in VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) and Flow Wrap experience is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth across the Southwest territory by building strong customer relationships. Promote and sell the company’s full range of packaging machinery solutions. Identify opportunities for new business while managing and developing existing accounts. Deliver technical presentations, equipment demonstrations, and tailored solutions to clients. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution. Travel throughout the territory to meet with clients and attend trade shows/events as needed. Requirements Proven track record in packaging machinery or industrial equipment sales . VFFS machinery & Flow Wrap experience is a plus. Based in New Mexico, Arizona, or Colorado . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a wide territory.
