We go above and beyond standard distribution by providing custom marketing, hardware provisioning, and dedicated technical support. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Reno distribution center. You will be responsible for leading the logistics and warehouse teams, optimizing inventory workflows, and ensuring that our fast-paced shipping and provisioning targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of distribution processes, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Logistics Daily Management: Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, hardware provisioning, and order fulfillment. Order Fulfillment: Ensure the timely processing of same-day blind-drop shipments, meeting strict daily cut-off times (e.g., ensuring West Coast orders ship promptly). Provisioning Support: Coordinate with our technical and provisioning teams to ensure specialized workflows (e.g., API integration, custom device configurations, and faceplate customization) run smoothly and accurately. RMA Processing: Oversee the Returns (RMA) process, ensuring defective, special order, or open-box items are evaluated and processed efficiently according to company policies. Team Leadership Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse associates, inventory clerks, and fulfillment staff. Performance Tracking: Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear productivity goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the East Coast headquarters (Orchard Park, NY) to ensure seamless company-wide logistics, standardized processes, and inventory alignment. Safety & Inventory Control Inventory Accuracy: Implement and maintain strict inventory control procedures, conduct regular cycle counts, and audit physical versus system inventory. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and conduct regular safety training sessions. Facility Management: Maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, provisioning tools, etc.) and coordinate maintenance as needed. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably within technology, electronics distribution, or telecom. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent operational experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and google Suite. Familiarity with hardware provisioning or VoIP equipment (e.g., Yealink, Grandstream, Jabra) is a major plus. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to motivate a diverse team, resolve conflicts, and drive operational metrics. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and comfortably operate standard warehouse machinery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
