We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a commitment to quality care. This position requires oversight of patient assessments, administration of medications, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Completion of a Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
