What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer job sites
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and adhere to all safety and quality procedures
• Support plant operations as needed to ensure timely and efficient production
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Valid CDL
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow established driving protocols
• Strong customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable work practices
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with variable daily assignments
  
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
