Details Work on the Acute Medicine Unit within a Medical/Surgical department Night shift schedule, varying between 7P-0730A 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week Deferred schedule type with 36 guaranteed hours weekly Requirements Active GA or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg specialty required Current AHA BLS certification required NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required AHA ACLS certification preferred Additional Information Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in service before eligibility RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance and cannot be requested after American Traveler Job ID P-761741.
