Job Title
Duties
Duty 1: Performs Career Broadening assignments designed to enhance and develop leadership competencies and business skills in the civil engineer functional community.
Duty 2: Provides oversight to ensure effective policy for the AF Civil Engineer during the development of facility energy programs and throughout the management of the assigned programs.
Duty 3: Establishes, interprets, and implements policies, guidance, and procedures to provide oversight and management of installation facility operation and energy, as well as Civil Engineer Operations functions.
Duty 4: Performs career-broadening assignments involved with representing the concerns of the Air Force at senior strategic meetings and conferences; prepares staff studies, bullet background papers, and various documents to meet special needs; develop and gives oral presentations; leads and/or serves on steering committees.
