Global Coordinator

Aequor Technologies LLC is hiring a Global Coordinator to support our Client's growing international footprint. You'll coordinate the operational activities needed to register, launch, and sustain products in markets outside the United States, often called "Rest of World" (ROW) markets.
You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and other internal teams, as well as external commercial partners. The role centers on coordination, documentation management, process execution, and issue resolution in a regulated environment governed by GMP, GxP, and quality system requirements.

What You'll Do
Global Expansion Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional activities for global submissions, product launches, and post-launch market maintenance.
- Work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and other internal partners on operational activities.
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, decisions, and dependencies across multiple markets.
- Keep internal stakeholders and external commercial partners aligned and communicating.
Documentation & Compliance Support
- Coordinate the collection, maintenance, and distribution of operational and compliance documents.
- Manage recurring requests for market-specific documents, including Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product (CPPs), Certificates of Origin, GMP certificates, manufacturing declarations , quality documentation, and other submission support materials.
- Identify document owners, approvers, and signature requirements.
- Maintain organized repositories and standardized documentation packages that can be reused across markets.
- Help develop and improve submission support tools, templates, and document libraries.
- Apply working knowledge of GMP, GxP, and quality system requirements to documentation, compliance, and market-specific requests.
Operational Readiness & Market Maintenance
- Coordinate annual compliance activities and recurring market requirements.
- Monitor, track, and coordinate post-approval changes through the Client's Quality Management System (QMS) , and assess their impact across markets and partners.
- Support coordination of artwork, packaging, labeling, and product configuration.
- Assist with knowledge transfer and readiness planning for new market entries.
- Keep operational requirements visible as products move from submission to commercial supply.
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
- Build and maintain scalable processes that support a growing number of international markets.
- Manage trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools for ROW activities, and maintain global market requirement databases.
- Support development of the Client's future global operating model and ROW support framework.
- Find ways to automate, simplify, and standardize ROW processes.
- Develop systems, tools, reporting, and metrics that improve coordination and support leadership decisions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated industries.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
- Experience with GxP documentation, electronic QMS, compliance, regulatory submissions, or operational processes .
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet , and reporting tools.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and external partner organizations.
- A proven ability to develop and improve operational processes.
Nice to Have
- Global or international business experience.
- Hands-on experience with an e-QMS .
Work Arrangement
This hybrid role is based in Princeton, NJ or San Diego, CA and requires 60% onsite presence .
