About the Position: Outpatient Pediatric clinic for a Non-Profit Children's Teaching Hospital Enjoy the infrastructure and resources of a Children's Hospital Qualify for Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) See all patients 1:1 with 45 minute treatments, 60+ minute evals Never double-booked, never dovetailing 5 hours of documentation time weekly - 65% productivity target Medically fragile and complex patient population with 31 pediatric subspecialties referring Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Stroke, Hemorrhages, transplants, post-NICU, etc. Join a large, well-supported therapy team of over 120 therapists and growing! What we're offering: 3-month onboarding and hands-on mentorship available $15,000 sign-on bonus 100% of CEUs paid for by the Hospital Medical, Dental, Vision for $50/mo Full benefits, 5 weeks PTO, Retirement What we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
