We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy and positive motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Salesperson at Holmes Motors in Montgomery, AL, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your strong social media presence to engage potential customers. Qualifications & Requirements Social Media is a major requirement of this job. Sales experience is a plus, it does not have to be in the automotive industry. Job training will done. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong presence on social media platforms, willing to be on camera/photos/videos. (NON NEGOTIABLE) Create your own social media content weekly. (Facebook reels, short videos, post, TikTok) Maintain a professional and positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions. Commitment to providing high‑quality customer service. Sales experience required (does not have to be automotive but some sales experience is helpful). Valid Driver's License. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process. Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory. Create weekly social media content. (short videos, pictures) Offer in‑depth knowledge of our in‑house financing options, including NO-credit‑check deals. Work your daily leads provided, make set amount of calls and text. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends. Benefits Guaranteed base pay plus commission.
