Class B Hazmat CDL Truck Driver

Position Details Pay Rate: $27–$28 per hour plus benefits and up to $3,500 in annual bonuses. Location: SCP Distributors, 245 W. Baywood Ave, Orange, CA 92865. This is a safety‑sensitive CDL driver position. Responsibilities Make safe, complete, and on‑time deliveries to customers following DOT and other regulations. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all products are properly secured and hazardous material separated appropriately. Collect payments and accurately document deliveries. Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, informing supervisor of any needed maintenance. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, proper maintenance, and presentability. Increase job and product knowledge continuously. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 21 years old. Valid Class B CDL, preferably with HAZMAT endorsement or willingness to obtain it once hired. Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre‑Employment Screening indicating no more than two combined violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years. Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds. Excellent customer service skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to carry out instructions with minimal supervision. Familiarity with PCs and other material handling equipment (preferred). Experience with Moffett, Skelly, or Air Brake a plus. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) with company match.
