Job Summary

A Customer Service Representative opportunity is available in Osseo, MN for a dependable, friendly professional who enjoys helping customers and keeping daily operations running smoothly. This temp-to-hire role is a great fit for someone with 1 to 2 years of customer service, administrative, office, or call center experience who wants to build a long-term career in a professional insurance-related office environment.

In this in-office position, you will be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person. You will help answer questions, resolve concerns, process customer information, and support general office functions. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative, with supportive leadership and coworkers who value accuracy, reliability, positive communication, and excellent service.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience, enjoys variety throughout the day, and wants a stable schedule with an early Friday finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional, helpful, and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, service requests, account updates, and related information accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, providing solutions, and following through on next steps.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and communication notes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support timely service, follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Assist with general office, administrative, and customer service tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20 to $21 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Friday schedule: 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Work arrangement: In-office position in Osseo, MN.
- Rotating Saturday schedule approximately once every three weeks.
- Saturday shift: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Employees may either adjust their weekday schedule by taking five hours off during the week or work the Saturday shift as overtime.
