Job Description
Mancan Staffing is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a Process Support Team Member position in a heavy manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical skills who enjoys hands-on work!

Schedule & Pay
• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, rotating days and nights
• Training will be completed on day shift.
• Weekends are required as scheduled.

Job Duties
• Operate equipment, machinery, and hand tools.
• Handle, move, and prepare production materials.
• Assist with equipment maintenance.
• Load, unload, and stage materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.

Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and physically demanding environments.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work rotating shifts.
