Paradise Place is a year-round, early education program serving ages 1 - 5. We are looking for energetic, joyful people to join our team. Applicants must be available to work between 7:30 or 8:00 am and 4:30 or 5:00 pm. Four-hour and six-hour assistant shifts may be available. Our ideal candidate is Early Childhood Teacher Certified (ECT) or holds a current CDA. We aim to create a dream team where every teacher collaborates equally & respectfully as part of our foundation. Our program sights on a blended, integrated Play-Based curriculum with the best practice components of Reggio Emilio, Montessori, Vygotsky, Waldorf, and traditional ECE. We see each child through a holistic lens, ensuring all their areas of development are honored & supported, and also place particular emphasis on social/emotional growth and support. - Experience working with preschool or school-aged children in a group setting.
- Enjoy and excel at being a team player.
- Enthusiastic about teaching and learning with children and their families.
- Dependability and joyfulness is a must.
- Able to pass a background check.
