Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist

Stryker seeks an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist to support implementation and administration of Vocera communication systems in healthcare settings. The role involves database management, server maintenance, device inventory, user training, and technical troubleshooting to ensure effective clinical communication workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage Vocera databases, establish data integrity processes, and collaborate with clinical departments to maintain current database entities
- Manage Vocera servers including software updates, OS maintenance, backups, and coordinate anti-virus and disaster recovery practices
- Maintain device inventory records, manage RMA and spares pool processes, and document all procedures
- Train clinical and nursing staff on Vocera system usage and develop sustainable training programs for new hires and ongoing education
- Provide on-site technical support for end user issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with Vocera Technical Support to resolve escalated issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years relevant work experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT experience
- US Citizen
- Prior experience supporting clinical end users through rounding and training preferred
- Experience with clinical workflow analysis and design preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Compensation: $77,700–$129,500 USD annual (base range varies by pay grade)
