Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Serving cats and dogs, the hospital has been caring for the community since 1957 and offers a great opportunity to join a well-established team dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role covers the full scope of GP responsibilities, providing preventative, medical, and surgical care for cats and dogs. You'll perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop treatment plans, carry out routine surgical procedures, and build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and compassionate care. Specific working hours will be discussed, with the added benefit of no weekend shifts. Applications are welcomed from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital provides the full scope of GP services and is equipped with advanced diagnostic equipment including, but not limited to, Digital Radiology, Ultrasound, and a Tonopen. In addition to its GP services, the practice also provides Acupuncture, Behaviour Therapy, and Laser Therapy. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

You'll be joining a team of 4 DVMs, supported by a passionate and highly experienced team of certified technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives. Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
