We are searching for an experienced CMA or LVN to help carry out ancillary tasks in the office, including but not limited to:

Completion of all patient forms /letters received in our office. These include, but are not limited to, FMLA, Disability, Long-Term Insurance, Long-Term Care, medical necessity letters, etc. These forms require a strong clinical background and strong attention to detail for completion.

This position requires strong clinical knowledge in order to complete forms.

We love our patients and want to provide them with the best care and experience possible!!

Key Success Factors:

• Must be comfortable speaking with patients/patients' family members, and insurance companies.
• Skill in the use of computers and related software applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
