About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable using social media to generate leads and promote vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, email, and social media.
• Create and promote vehicle content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Generate new leads through online marketing and networking efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Achieve individual sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be active on social media and willing to promote vehicle sales through social media platforms.
• Comfortable creating photos, videos, and posts to generate customer interest.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
