Position Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Roofing Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and canvassers, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across all projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, coaches’ teams to win, and holds high standards for performance and

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, coach, and develop a team of roofing sales professionals

· Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed revenue goals

· Train team members on prospecting, sales process, and closing techniques

· Oversee contract accuracy, profitability, and project execution

· Manage pipeline, forecasts, and real-time sales activity tracking

· Recruit and develop new sales talent

· Support canvassing efforts, including ride-alongs and group field work

· Partner with production, crews, and office teams to ensure successful job completion

· Handle customer escalations and ensure strong service standards

· Enforce use of CRM systems and prospecting tools

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in roofing sales, door-to-door sales, o

· Prior leadership or management experience required

· Strong ability to coach, motivate, and improve sales performance

· Experience working with homeowners, insurance claims, or restoration projects preferred

· Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with FileMaker, Enzy is a plus

· Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Work Environment:

· Combination of field, office, and local travel

· Regular roof inspections and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
