The ideal candidates are passionate about providing high-quality mental health and substance use counseling services to individuals and families across diverse populations.This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and a combination of in-office and telehealth hours, depending on the arrangement.Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based outpatient counseling services.Deliver individual, family, and group therapy to clients experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).Apply appropriate therapeutic interventions when working with individuals and families in crisis.Collaborate with clinical supervisors and other treatment team members to support positive client outcomes.Stay current with behavioral health research and industry best practices.Qualifications:Active Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license.Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.Clinical experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical assessment skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a treatment team.Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and culturally responsive care.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Benefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidays for eligible full-time employees401(k) for eligible full-time employeesFlexible scheduleProfessional development assistanceEmployee discounts
