Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Revenue Cycle Supervisor Lincoln Family Medicine Center, a program of Lincoln Medical Education Partnership, currently has an opening for a full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor . This is an exempt position responsible for the clinics’ financial process from patient registration to final payment, ensuring accurate coding, billing and insurance reimbursement to optimize cash flow; ensures seamless and high-quality interactions between the revenue cycle team and clinic operations; serves as the primary point of contact, providing clear interpretation of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, cash posting, and follow-up; and addresses patient concerns when escalated. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare management, business administration or related field. Experience: Hands‑on experience in medical billing and coding, payer reimbursement, collections and cash flow.
