These solutions are industry-leading learning experiences; This role leans heavily on skills in digital development to create the core of these experiences while also using more traditional learning modalities to build a rich and layered experience.TheExpertiseandSkillsYouBringBachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design, User Experience Design, and/or Front-End Web DevelopmentExperience with graphic design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD or FigmaExperience designing rich, interactive digital experiences and bringing them to life via HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptEagerness to innovate and think differentlyAbility to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative mannerComfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory.Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.Advocating for user-centered design and outcome-based thinking.Designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that improve performance.Striving to push the boundaries of learning capabilities through experimentation and exploration of new ideas.Collaborating with Business Leaders and Talent Product Owners on plans and strategy for large-scale initiatives and complex projects.As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to submit relevant portfolio samples showcasing their learning experience design work.The TeamAs a member of the Enterprise Skills and Learning team, you will be at the center of Fidelity's initiatives to deliver modern learning experiences across the enterprise.Your insight and ability to design and develop high-quality learning solutions on our digital platforms is essential to building impactful learning experiences at Fidelity.Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
