We are a small 1 doctor general practice hospital with big ideas! We strive for excellent communication and a positive work environment where questions and learning are welcomed.****We are looking for an experienced CSR who is bright, friendly, self-motivated, and excels in attention to detail. Duties will include, but are not limited to:****\*Answering multiple phone lines****\*Scheduling appointments****\*Assisting clients with Care Club and/or the MyVCA app****\*Communicating with clients via text message****\*Greeting clients and patients with a friendly smile as they check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, purchase food, etc.****If you want to work in an environment where everyone is friendly, encouraging, and focuses on good work-life balance, then this is the place for you.****VCA adds value to your compensation package with the following:****· Starting at $18-$19 / hour.
