Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Springfield, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor and control access to the food and beverage facility by verifying credentials, screening authorized visitors, maintaining entry records, and following established visitor-management procedures. Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Support the protection of food production and storage areas by reporting unsecured doors, unauthorized access attempts, damaged access-control equipment, and other site-policy concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
