OB Registered Nurse
Provide direct care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum (high, moderate, and low-risk) patients. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in labor and delivery. Demonstrate good communication skills. Prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Commit to patient and family-centered care. Be oriented and trained to various competencies/modes of care and delivery across the OB service. Float among units to meet variable needs of volume and acuity. Ongoing expectation for all OB/GYN nurses to adapt to these changes.
Two years of experience in labor and delivery required. OR and triage experience highly desired.
Experience: Two years License: RN License (New York only) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), Neonatal Resuscitation
