A bit about us: Job details: Part or full time commercial real estate attorney needed with transactional and leasing experience and healthcare exposure Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year Dallas, TX | Indianapolis, IN | Troy/Detroit, MI | Milwaukee, WI - OPEN TO PART TIME OR FULL TIME Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated commercial leases Handle medical office, hospital-related, and portfolio leasing transactions Manage commercial real estate transactions from LOI/term sheet through closing Advise on related real estate agreements and transactional documentation Identify and resolve legal and business issues across complex lease structures Work closely with sophisticated institutional and healthcare clients Why join us?
